the names of any of Strategic Intelligence Group's products

or otherwise circulated in any way which would be likely
to result in the documents and materials coming into the
possession of Strategic Intelligence Group's competitors.
- All documents, materials, information, knowledge and
intelligence provided by Strategic Intelligence Group must
not be used in a manner that Strategic Intelligence Group
believes is, or is likely to mislead, deceive or adversely
affect Strategic Intelligence Group's reputation.
- The methods, knowledge and intelligence prepared and
employed by Strategic Intelligence Group remain its property
and may not be copied or published.
Strategic Intelligence Group shall use its best
endeavours to ensure the accuracy of all documents, materials,
information, knowledge and intelligence provided to clients.
No warranty is given as to the accuracy of any documents,
materials, information, knowledge and intelligence, nor does
it accept any liability for any expenditure or cost incurred
in reliance thereon, or for any cost, loss or other damage
arising therefrom.
