Michael Spencer |
- Michael Spencer has extensive senior management
experience in the corporate, government and not-for-profit
sectors advising on communication, reputation, corporate
strategy, industry policy and economic analysis. His
consulting experience includes work on industry and
public policy development, strategy development, performance
benchmarking, marketing strategies, communication
and advice on governance structures.
- An important part of the contribution he makes to
projects is an ability to draw on vast experience
in leadership positions with organisations such as
BHP Billiton, National Australia Bank, BlueScope Steel,
the Forest Stewardship Council and the Victorian Government.
Michael was adviser for 5 years to Premiers and Minsters
during 1986-1991.
